The AFS registration fees are all waived this year due to the generous funding from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
Remarks
Registration for the Asian Family Summit includes the conference, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and Family Well-Being Expo. All
attendees should be registered through the AFS online registration system with a confirmation email.
Acceptance of registration for all activities is on a first come first served basis.

Post-Summit Workshops and Post-Summit Agency Visits (Optional)
AFS will cover a series of Post-Summit Workshops and Post-Summit Agency Visits on the date of 30 December 2024 (Monday). The content for Post-Summit Workshops and Agency visits will be announced later. Please stay tuned.
AFS participants will receive an email prompting them to register for specific workshops and agency visits they wish to attend approximately two months prior to the Summit. Please note that due to space limitations, registrations for Post-Summit Workshops and Post-Summit Agency Visits are on a first come, first served basis.

Confirmation of Registration
Each participant will receive an email confirming their registration and payment for the Gala dinner, once this is received.
For the status of your payment, you can view it on the profile page after login.
Invitation Letter
Participants can download a personalised invitation letter from their account on the Summit registration portal once their registration is confirmed. This letter can be used for visa application purposes, if appropriate.
Final Invoice
Every registrant for the Gala Dinner will be able to download an invoice three weeks after their payment is processed. The invoice is available for download through your account on the Summit Registration portal.
If you need to change any payment details (name, address, VAT number), you can do this by emailing secretariat@afs2024.org within three working days of registering.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Please notify the AFS Secretariat of any changes regarding your registered information by e-mail to the AFS Secretariat.
- Please contact the AFS Secretariat for inquiries regarding the registration.
- Cancellations must be made to the AFS Secretariat in writing by e-mail. The registration fee for the Gala dinner will be refunded if a written request is received by the AFS Secretariat on or before 30 November 2024 at secretariat@afs2024.org. A service charge of HKD 200 / USD 25 will be debited for such cancellation.
- Registration fees for the Gala dinner will not be refunded after 01 December 2024, or if the event is cancelled due to bad weather.
Insurances
Fees do not include the registrant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to purchase adequate personal insurance. AFS is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures, or any other inconveniences or costs incurred.
Consent for photos and videos at AFS events
By registering for this Summit, you consent to AFS and its partners using photos and videos from the events that may include you. The photos and videos may be used for reporting, documenting, promotional, or any other legitimate interest purpose on AFS and/or partner digital and/or print channels. By registering, you confirm that you understand you will not be compensated for this, nor will you be asked for any additional permissions about photography and videography at the Summit.
The storage and processing of photos and videos will be done by AFS.
